BY PLACING AN ORDER WITH WHEELER BUSINESS MACHINES, INC THE CUSTOMER HEREBY AGREES TO THE BELOW STATED TERMS AND CONDITIONS.

ORDERING INFORMATION
Wheeler Business Machines, Inc. will be pleased to assist you by phone, or e-mail during our normal business hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. Eastern Time zone. All items can be ordered either using our secure online shopping cart or contacting a sales representative at 616-245-3335, or by e-mailing your order to sales@wheelermachines.com. All prices are in U.S. dollars and are subject to change. Orders placed using our secure online shopping cart will receive confirmation e-mail from Wheeler Business Machines, Inc.

PRIVACY POLICY
Wheeler Business Machines, Inc. is firmly committed to your privacy. Any personal information submitted via our website or directly to Wheeler Business Machines, Inc. will not be released to anyone. Wheeler Business Machines, Inc. does not sell or rent customer information to any third party. You may submit sensitive data over our website with the assurance that all information sent to this site is encrypted, protecting against disclosure to third parties.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
All returns and exchanges are at the discretion of Wheeler Business Machines, Inc. Customers must inspect their packages within 7 days of receipt of delivery to ensure that it is the correct item and is in good working condition. Returns for undamaged merchandise will be only be considered within 14 days of delivery to the customer and must be in new condition. All returns must be previously authorized, which is valid for 7 days. Merchandise returned without authorization will not be accepted. Products must be returned in all original undamaged packaging (please include a copy of the invoice) and shipped postage paid. Shipping and handling is not refundable on returned items and packages. All returned packages must be insured when being returned shipped. After inspection and acceptance, returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.  Any materials sold with an accompanying license key are not able to be returned.

DELIVERY TIME
All orders received by Wheeler Business Machines, Inc. are timely processed upon receipt. Please allow 3-10 business days for ground shipping on in stock items, unless otherwise specified. Backordered items will be shipped as soon as they become available. Your order may be split into multiple shipments to allow us to fill your order as quickly as possible.

DELIVERY & CARRIERS
We use the least expensive and most expeditious form of transportation to ship your products. We use UPS and motor freight for items over 100 lbs. All GSA orders over $50.00 shipping to CONUS (Contiguous U.S.) destinations will be freight. Freight shipping is calculated based on location and added to sales total.  Shipping costs to points outside of the U.S. will be quoted on an individual basis. We will contact you to confirm shipping arrangements if needed. Arrangements can also be made to use a customer’s FEDEX account or another common carrier. Special services such as Next Day Delivery, 2nd Day Delivery, Saturday Delivery, and delivery via USPS are available at an additional cost. Please note that items delivered via motor freight are delivered to the loading dock only. Delivery does not include a truck with a lift gate or inside delivery. If you require any of these services, please contact a sales representative. These services will incur an additional charge.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Wheeler Business Machines, Inc. can deliver your goods anywhere in the world! Shipments outside the U.S. (the 48 contiguous states) may incur additional charges and/or delays. Wheeler Business Machines, Inc. is not responsible for any delays, customs, duties, brokerage fees, import, surcharges, and/or any other taxes and fees – imposed by other countries. However, we will make every effort to facilitate a smooth transition and delivery. Please check with us before your order is placed should you have any questions concerning these issues. Military delivery to an APO/FPO via the US Postal Service is limited to 70-lbs.

SHIPPING NOTICE & DAMAGED GOODS
DO NOT sign the delivery receipt until you have inspected the shipment for all physical damage. Packages are shipped in new condition. If packages are signed for without noting physical damage, freight claims can be made more complicated. Please do not limit the ability to collect damage claims. You should note on the driver’s paperwork your refusal of shipment or any other exceptions. Your notes on the shipping receipt or bill of lading will make it possible for us to pursue a shipping damage claim if applicable. Please unpack and inspect all equipment on receipt to ensure the correct item has been shipped and that it has not arrived damaged or not working properly. In any of these events, please contact our customer service department immediately. Once we have evaluated the problem, we will make all necessary corrections.
